First Post!

My first blog post! I've been working pretty hard trying to get everything up. So far the only thing I have done is the sidebar, but I'm making some progress on the blog (here!), the directory, and my OC page. I have a few more pages planned out too but I'm going to try and focus on getting the basics done. How do I still not have my home page done?!
i know why... im procrastinating because idk what to do...
My cat decided to jump onto my lap despite there not being much space for her and then started rubbing her face against my feet the entire time I was writing that last paragraph. Other than website stuff, which I'm still getting the hang of (slowly) life has been pretty busy lately.

I just finished registering for my classes for the fall semester at my local CC. It's really weird having my future right around the corner like this. Everyone I talk to asks me what I wanna do and surprisingly I have an answer! My plan isn't fully set in stone but after drifting through life so long passively, actually thinking about my future, wanting it, and planning around being an active participant in it is new and exciting. I even finally have a 'dream job'! Turning 20 has had it's ups and downs but I feel like I'm slowly getting to a place where I'm happy with my life and it's very rewarding. Now I just need to stop putting off driving school...
